We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information that you submit will not be shared*, sold or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purpose, at any time, unless prior consent is obtained from you, or the relevant authority is obtained by the said 3rd party, or the 3rd party has a legal right to information held. Any information held by Shout Entertainment will be held according to GDPR and the ICO regulations. After the advised legal required time from the date of any contracted work, any individual Personal information will be deleted from our database.
Shout Entertainment do not keep and/or record any personal or individual email address used to contact our agency for its own marketing purposes.
Business clients that use our paid services maybe added to our marketing database where the business will have the option to unsubscribe from any email list.
Anyone subscribing to or added to our email database is hereby informed that these email addresses are stored on our Mailchimp account and in effect are shared with Mailchimp under their privacy policy whereby the information can only be used by Shout Entertainment.
We will use your email address as part of our contractual obligations.
